Spa days are a necessity, not a luxury

Spa days are a necessity, not a luxury

The history of spas goes back a long time.
For example, bathing in ancient Greece and Rome was considered healthy and may take hours. Bathing was also combined with other pastimes, such as culture, theater, etc.
Spas often had rooms of different temperatures and there often moved at first from cold to warmer and back. The hottest room could be so hot that I couldn't walk barefoot.
The popularity of the spas has grown recently and alongside the traditional spas, wonderful quiet retreats have emerged where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and unhurried.
Such spa resort is like a refreshing oasis in the desert.
